Emergency/Single-Visit Payments:
For single-visit procedures, payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).
Multiple Visit Payment Options:
Full Payment at Time of Service – For your convenience we welcome cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Dental Insurance – Our office accepts most major dental insurance plans. If you have dental insurance, we will estimate your portion and allow your insurance company to reimburse our office for the remainder. This is only an estimate, not a guarantee of payment, so additional payment may need to be made by your after insurance has paid.
In-Office Payment Plan – Silver Spring Periodontics offers in-office financing for our patients who desire a payment plan to pay for their treatment. Please contact our office for more information about our available financing options.
